Yoga Instructor

Tammy discovered yoga back in early 2005 and found that it helped her gain more self-confidence and live mindfully. Her passion for yoga grew exponentially over time and led her to take her RYT 200-hour teacher training in 2013 at Rishikesh Yog Dahm, India. Her vinyasa and hatha yoga classes include creative and fun variations of traditional asana (postures) to challenge the body and encourage the engagement of different muscle groups.
