Pei Kuan

Yoga Instructor

Pei Kuan started practising yoga when she was 26 years old as a form of physical release from an inflexible body. She was amazed by what it did for her mind, body and soul that she decided go deeper into the study of yoga four years later, taking her RYT 200-hour teacher training at Malaysia’s Manasa Yoga. There, she fell in love with yoga philosophy and the study of the human anatomy, and today, adopts these teachings in all her classes. Pei Kuan loves challenging her students and helping them get a better understanding of their own anatomy so they can realise their full potential.
