Yoga Instructor

Jason first got into fitness in his early 20s, exploring different modalities from weight-lifting to group fitness classes. He discovered yoga soon after and it became his main passion as he found that it was more aligned to his introverted nature. Jason’s witnessed too often how people injure themselves through exercising incorrectly or without the proper body awareness, so he’s made it his mission to educate students, placing emphasis on technique and alignment. He also focuses on muscle mobility and stability to ensure a safe practice.
