Yoga Instructor

Adele stepped into her first yoga class in 2000, but it wasn’t until 2012 that she became committed to a daily ashtanga practice. Her background in mental health (she has a BA in Psychology) sparked an interest in somatic and movement therapy, and many years in search of answers coupled with an inherent interest in self-inquiry, healing and fitness eventually evolved into a dedicated study and practice of yoga and meditation. Her exploratory approach to healing has seen her delve into myriad forms of movement training including ashtanga, hatha and yin yoga, Forrest Yoga, Inside Flow and Animal Flow. Adele has a profound understanding of the inner workings of the body, and her hands-on approach to the practice through intuitive adjustments and verbal cues means her students always come away enlightened, with a deeper connection to their bodies.
